Skills Link Individual Work Experience (Skills Link IWE) Program

The Skills Link Individual Work Experience (Skills Link IWE) Program (formerly known as the Youth One-On-One Internship Program (YIP)) is a FREE program that helps youth between the ages of 16-30 who are out-of-school and out-of-work, but who want to commit to long-term employment, gain a broad range of skills, knowledge and paid work experience, through working in a full-time job.
